To ensure your replacement doors are made to the correct size, please follow these measuring guidelines carefully:
Measure from the reverse side of the door
Always measure the back of the cabinet door for the most accurate dimensions.
Measure the height (A)
Place your tape measure straight along the full vertical edge of the door from top to bottom.
Ensure the tape follows the edge of the door and is not angled.
Measure the width (B)
Measure across the full horizontal width of the door from edge to edge.
Keep the tape measure straight and level for an accurate reading.
Record measurements in millimetres
Enter your sizes as Height x Width
Example: 715mm x 496mm
Double-check all measurements
We recommend measuring each door individually, even if multiple doors appear to be the same size.

Door & Drawer Size Guide
Kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts are manufactured to different size limits to ensure the best possible appearance and durability.
Drawer Fronts
Minimum size: 100mm high × 140mm wide
Maximum size: 355mm high × 1196mm wide
On woodgrain finishes, the grain will run horizontally across the drawer front.
Cabinet Doors
Minimum size: 241mm high × 140mm wide
Maximum size: 2530mm high × 1196mm wide
On woodgrain finishes, the grain will run vertically from top to bottom.
Where a door is less than 240mm wide, the chosen finish will be supplied as a plain panel rather than a routed door. This is because there is insufficient width to produce the door design while maintaining the required strength and appearance.
Door Hinge Drilling
If you require hinge holes pre-drilled in your replacement doors, there are two options available in the dropdown menu:
Standard Hinge Position
Our standard hinge hole position is 100mm from the top and bottom of the door (measured to the centre of each hinge hole).
Custom Hinge Position
If your existing doors use different hinge positions, we can pre-drill to your custom measurements.
How to Measure Custom Hinge Positions
Measure from the top edge of the door to the centre of the top hinge hole, and from the bottom edge of the door to the centre of the bottom hinge hole.
Hinge holes are always drilled 225mm in from the hinged side of the door (left or right as selected), so you only need to provide the top and bottom measurements.
How to Identify Hinge Side
The hinge side is the edge of the door that remains attached to the cabinet when the door is opened, as shown in the diagram above.
If the hinges are attached on the left-hand side, select Left Hinged
If the hinges are attached on the right-hand side, select Right Hinged
There is typically around 5mm of adjustment within most hinge fittings, so your measurements do not need to be perfectly exact to the millimetre.
