These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products by Doors & Fittings, a trading name of Etail Systems Limited ("we", "us" or "our"), to the customer ("you" or "your").

By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Placing An Order

Orders may be placed through our website or submitted in writing where agreed.

Any quotation provided by us is valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

A quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order. A contract is only formed once we confirm acceptance of your order.

Where products are manufactured to dimensions, specifications or requirements supplied by you, it is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, colours and dimensions displayed on our website are accurate.

However, product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and actual colours, finishes and appearances may vary depending on screen settings, manufacturing processes and material characteristics.

All products are manufactured and supplied subject to normal industry tolerances.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before an order is placed.

Payment must be received in full and cleared before goods are dispatched or manufacturing commences.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies and to cancel any order where a genuine pricing error has occurred.

4. Delivery

Delivery information, lead times and customer responsibilities relating to deliveries are detailed within our Delivery Information page, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Any delivery dates or lead times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to manufacturing delays, courier delays, supplier issues, adverse weather conditions, industrial action or force majeure events.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

Made-to-measure products, custom-manufactured items and products modified to customer specifications are not eligible for return except where required by law.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Where manufacturing has commenced or materials have been ordered specifically for your order, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation or apply a cancellation charge to recover costs already incurred.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

6. Inspection Of Goods

You are responsible for inspecting goods as soon as reasonably possible following delivery.

Any shortages, damage, defects or discrepancies must be reported in accordance with the timescales set out within our Delivery Information and Returns & Refunds policies.

Products must not be installed, modified, cut, drilled or otherwise worked upon until they have been inspected and confirmed to be correct.

7. Product Guarantee

Eligible products are covered by our 6 Year Product Guarantee.

Full details of the guarantee, including eligibility, exclusions and claims procedures, are available on our Guarantee Information page.

The guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.

8. Retention Of Title

Ownership of all goods supplied by us shall remain with Doors & Fittings until payment has been received in full.

Until ownership passes, we reserve the right to recover goods for which payment has not been made.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, product designs, images, logos, graphics, text and other materials displayed on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

10. Limitation Of Liability

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

Subject to the above, our liability shall be limited to:

• The repair or replacement of faulty goods; or
• The value of the goods supplied.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or losses arising from delays beyond our reasonable control.

We shall not be liable for damage resulting from:

• Incorrect installation.
• Improper storage or handling.
• Failure to follow supplied instructions.
• Modification, cutting, drilling or alteration of products after delivery.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Moisture ingress through customer-cut or unfinished edges.

11. Website Availability

Whilst we make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and accuracy of this website, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses arising from website outages, technical failures or third-party service interruptions.

12. Transfer Of Rights

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions to another organisation where necessary.

Such a transfer will not affect your statutory rights or our obligations to fulfil any contract already in place.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
