6 Year Product Guarantee

At Doors & Fittings, we are committed to supplying high-quality replacement kitchen and bedroom components that are built to last. That's why all of our vinyl wrapped doors, drawer fronts, panels, plinths, cornices and pelmets are covered by a comprehensive 6 Year Product Guarantee from the date of purchase.

This guarantee applies to both standard size and made-to-measure products and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that may arise during normal domestic use.

What Is Covered?

• Manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship.

• Vinyl wrapped doors, drawer fronts, panels, plinths, cornices and pelmets.

• Standard size and made-to-measure products.

What Is Not Covered?

The guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents or wilful damage.

• Damage resulting from incorrect installation, handling or storage.

• Products used in abnormal working conditions or environments outside their intended purpose.

• Any damage caused by excessive heat, moisture, water ingress or cleaning products not recommended for the product.

• Natural variations in colour, finish or appearance that occur over time through normal use and exposure to light.

Making a Claim

Should you believe your product has developed a manufacturing fault during the guarantee period, please contact our customer service team with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase.

• Clear photographs showing the fault or defect.

In some cases, we may request that the item is returned to us for further inspection to allow a full assessment of the reported issue. Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected product at our discretion.

Replacement Products

Any replacement product supplied under this guarantee will be covered for the remainder of the original guarantee period only. The provision of a replacement product does not restart or extend the original 6 year guarantee.

This guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect those rights in any way.
